Job brief: Serve customers with attentiveness and efficiency, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. Communicate effectively with team members and the duty manager to maintain service flow. Keep tables cleared and cleaned, maintain food presentation, and restock items as needed. Engage with customers by providing updates, gathering feedback, and creating a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Assist the Duty Manager with preparation and restocking tasks, and contribute to restaurant pack-down when on closing shifts.

    As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our physical infrastructure, equipment, and safety protocols and ensure that facilities are always in a presentable and safe condition for the positive experience of customers and Govindas team members in all outlets and HQ. Your expertise will contribute directly to our guests’ satisfaction and our team’s efficiency.

    Responsibilities:
    Maintenance Oversight:
  • Regularly inspect and maintain all restaurant equipment, including ovens, refrigerators, HVAC systems, and plumbing fixtures.
  • Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance with external vendors as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • General maintenance tasks, an allrounder for management.
    Facility & Team Management:
  • Supervise the upkeep of dining areas, restrooms, and common spaces.
  • Address facility-related issues promptly, from minor repairs to cleanliness standards.
  • Collaborate with the cleaning crew to maintain impeccable hygiene.
  • Serve as the go-to resource for maintenance-related inquiries during shifts.

    Requirements:
